
I've always been a pretty sweaty person, needing super extra deodorant applied at least 15 times each day. And that was from just sitting all day. But, when I'd play sports, run, work out, or exert any kind of additional energy, I would be dripping. My armpits, my head, my forehead, my back, my legs. Ugh, pretty picture, I know. But the thing is, I always feel so much better after I've sweat out a lot. I feel lighter, less doughy, totally exhausted but so EXHILARATED. It is like detox without all the peeing and shitting.
This weekend, Alaska and I were feeling really cooped up and trapped in Maison Devils, so we decided to blow the dust off of our sneakers and take a walkrun outside. Even though I could feel my fat ass jiggling with every step and my lungs burned, I felt great. And afterwards, wiping the sweat off my brow, I felt so much healthier and PUMPPPPPEDDD!
